As a reminder, our arrangements are handcrafted with fresh flowers, and the photo is representing an overall theme or look of our design. Flowers always changing through seasonal and market conditions, so your arrangement just made for your order, and may vary slightly from the exact picture and we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase.
Bag color will be selected at random unless a specific color is requested. We will choose the bag color that best complements your floral arrangement.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Wonderful service and the reviews are what helped me to decide to order. The flowers were beautiful. The communication was great and I highly recommend If you would like outstanding flower arrangements. Do not ever order from Teleflora or one 800 flowers call a florist directly. This is the reason why I ordered through them because the mistake I made previously with the other companies that do not send the right flowers out.
